This is the ideal package for couples whose venue is a blank space that does not provide any set up.

$2750 Includes 2 assistants

*guest count exceeding 100 guests $250 fee required. $500 deposit due at booking.

  • Coordinate Rehearsal (1 hr)


Wedding day

Set Up

  • Set Up all personal touches & decor for ceremony & reception

    • Guest book, gift table, welcome sign, centerpieces, seating charts, and other personal decor

  • Set tables

    • linens, centerpieces, place settings , utensils, table numbers etc

  • Be the point of contact for all vendors and direct set up 

  • Manage the time of vendor set up

  • Set up Cake/dessert table

  • set up ceremony items


Ceremony

  • Direct guest to ceremony seating

  • Line up family & wedding party

  • Cue DJ for actual start time

  • Cue music transitions 

  • Cue family & wedding party down the aisle


Reception

  • Cue DJ for guest to be seated for grand entrance

  • Line up Wedding Party & Couple for grand entrance

  • Manage the timeline created by the couple working closely with DJ for all major transitions

  • Coordinate with photographer & videographer helping to keep on track with the timeline give reminders of what’s coming up next 

  • serve drinks of choice for toasts to tables

  • Line up guests for grand exit

  • bus tables


Clean Up

  • Assist in collecting & organizing personal decor items

  • clear all trash from tables & venue

  • bag linens

  • Final walk thru of venue make sure nothing is left behind
