*guest count exceeding 100 ppl $250 additional fee required. $300 deposit due at booking.

Wedding day

Set Up

  • Set Up all personal touches & decor for ceremony & reception

    • Guest book, gift table, welcome sign, centerpieces, seating charts, and any other personal decor.

  • point of contact for all vendors day of and direct set up 

  • Set table place settings

  • Manage the time of vendor set up

Ceremony

  • Direct guest to ceremony seating

  • Line up family & wedding party

  • Cue DJ for actual start time

  • cue wedding party down the aisle

Reception

  • Cue DJ for guest to be seated for grand entrance

  • Line up Wedding Party & Couple for grand entrance

  • Manage the timeline created by the couple working closely with DJ for all major transitions

  • Coordinate with photographer & videographer helping to keep on track with the timeline give reminders of what’s coming up next 

  • Line up guests for grand exit


Clean Up

  • Assist in collecting & organizing personal items
